At Two Trees, we are committed to enabling organisations to enhance their inclusion in the workplace. We use dynamic best practices and change strategies to inform decision-making and design bespoke interventions. We equip organisations with a clear plan full of creative solutions and effective recommendations. We recognise that journeys can be different for organisations and aim to walk with you as far as needed.

Karen is an inclusive leader with 20 years of experience working in six research-intensive universities, specialising in collaboration development. She is Co-Chair of Women at Leeds Network, one of the biggest staff networks in the UK Higher Education. Her track record includes influencing stakeholders and getting buy-in, turning strangers into teams and developing strategies that create measurable achievements.
